ABOUT ME

My story with food has always been one of curiosity, travel, and connection. What began as a passion for cooking and entertaining family and friends soon evolved into a career that has taken me across continents — from the snow-dusted streets of London to the wild beauty of South Africa, the elegance of the Hamptons, and into the heart of the Middle East, where I have worked within Royal Palaces.

As a Private Chef, I’ve had the privilege of travelling alongside clients and their families, creating culinary experiences in exquisite homes, private estates, and extraordinary environments.

What excites me most is the art of transformation: taking fresh, organic ingredients and elevating them into meals that spark conversation and create comfort. Whether curating fine dining experiences, tailoring menus to unique dietary needs, or mentoring teams of chefs, I approach every detail with passion, precision, and professionalism.

Working with UHNWI clients, Royal Families, and distinguished guests has instilled in me a deep respect for discretion, adaptability, and uncompromising attention to detail. Yet beyond logistics and execution, my focus remains constant — creating food that feels deeply personal, culturally attuned, and truly unforgettable.
